Just got this phone but the screen is unreadable under the sun,is it because of the original screen or the screen protector?

The torch function on my phone not working anymore,anyone know what is wrong?

not led problem i guess as it working as usual as a camera flash,the only working mode in the torch function is SOS but the light is very dim,also when in the camera video mode,the light is not that bright as normal.
flashing to new firmware?not yet..last option maybe.. |
