i am trained to look people in the eyes when i talk cause i use to join Public Speaking and Debates competition when i in high school ... represented my high school in inter school for the Daerah Competitions .... i think its how you convey eye signal and also yourself confidence by looking into people eye as you speak out what you have in mind or trying to convey out
