nope, totally different..
D-Arts is an action figure while Reboot is a model kit(you need to assemble yourself)
both is a differ design.. D-Arts straight follow the anime design while the Reboot is more like a redesign Digimon..

about price D-Arts is about RM200++ and Reboot is about RM170..

unbox my D-Arts Dukemon
i quite disappointed with it as got paint defect and obvious nub marks

articulation quite nice for action figure.. got free action base too since this one too heavy for ground pose

sigh, when will we see this getting released?
