If you mean have to take care from egg and evolve into higher evolutions then yes. that's a vpet. but uses infra red to battle, compatible with ic and other twins only.(not sure if it works for data link)

Btw, Japanese official is Omegamon, that means Alpha and Omega, the 1st and the last. Omnimon every time when I heard, it looks like Omnivore for me
