Look at newspaper classified or iproperty for general value.
Tell the bank how much you think is worth, give a larger figures,
the bank will tell you whether is it worth that much.

Once you have a rough value, do try CIMB or EON, so far, they are the most genereous in terms of valueing your house.

I just did mine using CIMB coz they gave me the highest value with the best rates.
