Dude, people won't suddenly complaint about u except u did sumthing bad.
If you promised to delivery the item, do it.

Excuses wont be entertain, no one give a damn to what happened to you,
if u post something up for sale, make sure u can handle it,
else give a satisfied and reasonable reply that can calm your buyer down,
not something like " DUN BLIF? GO CHECK URSELF LA"

Your just making a fool out of yourself when u giving out excuses as above.
