 Question on system cooling, Asus P5Q Pro in CM Elite 335

1. I used double sided tape to mount it onto the heatsink. Cable tie works too but it might be quite difficult to fasten it.
2. twirling the SATA cable poses no problem. Some peple on LYN know folding-gami also biggrin.gif
3. yes, you can use it on other types of fans (I may be mistaken but typically, it should be no problem. you can try. doubt it'll burn anything)
4. I'd suggest you have more room between the two cards. Personally, I also had my VGA next to my soundcard. when I touched the soundcard, it was burning hot. Although it can handle the heat, it's not advisable.
5. I would connect my fan straight to my PSU. Reason being, some of them are monsters which take up more than an amp. Motherboard headers are not built for this. but then again, these are high speed fans we're talking about.
