Sunway, FTMS, systematic, TAR.

i was from Sunway, 20K+ for 3 years.

for sunway, that LRT to kelana jaya station, then can take bus to pyramid, cant remember which one, but i know got w few buses going to pyramid, can walk to sunway college from pyramid

ya, sunway produced alot of prize winners, i've got a few frens getting several prizes.

the lecturers are good too.

it quite tough ler...

he's the ACCA course director

normally is 6hrs each day, 3 hr in the morning, 9 -12, 3 hr in the afternoong, 1-4.

they do have extra classes at night and weekend classes

depends on the papers

i completed ACCA in sunway around 25k, including exam fees.

now i think increased already.

i don know about other colleges, but i know lecturers in sunway are good, or else they wounldnt have got all the prizes. At least i got a staight pass

how can the exam paper get lost one?

ya, i think there's some truth here, ur english becomes less fluent when use more mandarin during conversation with ur frens, and i think having a good command of english is quite important for ACCA papers.

sunwau intake is jan and july.

take full time, u'll miss alot of classes and might fail if u take part time

so, how was ur result.
i remember u said that u have resit again cos the paper lost is it?

not really, u need lecturers, espcially when u reach the core papers. A good lecturer and a bad lecturer can make a difference.

also, if u want to take the audit paper, i serious suggest that u study full time, u'll get confused if u study part time

i stay in PJ and studied in sunway.
in my time, i spent around 25k throught out the course, 3 years.
the entry lever to CAT is 5 credit for SPM, english must be credit, then u can advance to ACCA.
don worry, i didnt have any accounting background before i joined ACCA, didnt take accounts in secondary school either.

i think still can la.

i think u need A level or other degree, but i think this should not be a problem for u.

have u finished ur ACCA?

oh.. okok, u r very young.

i graduated from sunway at 20, have been working in EY for more than 1 year now.

i dont see antything wrong with barring students from taking exam. They dont bar students per say, they don not recognized those students that did badly in the progress test. When i say bad, i am referring to ppl who are getting below 10-20 points. The course director will speak to these students personally before any action is taken, so that u can explain urself. Theres no point of taking exam when u know u are definite going to fail, unless u have alot of money to spare and u have been praying real hard for miracles to happen during exam. If u still want to take the exam, u can still register as an independent candidate.

basically, i am quite satisfied with the lecturers in Sunway, at least i wasnt' barred from any sittings nor did i failed any papers even i did fail my mock exams.

also one more thing, to maintain the premier plus status, they need to maintaing a passing rate above the the world passing rate, not big big campus, and yes, one way of achieving that is to bar students from taking exams. Not to mention the prize winners coming from sunway.

i have no comments on other colleges bacause i have not studied in other places.

LCCI where got 2k salary. Even with ACCA working in a Big 4 accounting, u'll only be getting 2,100 for fresh grad.

CAT is a foundation for ACCA, not for jobs
