Another all-girls cast anime..

I've watched ep 1 and 2 and my comment is that this anime is so-so for me.

The very good thing about this anime is that you'll learn about art as you watch them.

This series have superior jokes than K-on! and Lucky Star. But you need to have a good grasp of Japanese to get the jokes. Excellent voice acting (including ex-wife of Detective Conan mangaka) and great script/dialogue.

However many people here won't get it since they have to rely on translations which often missed the nuance of language.

like stormy say, more superior than K-on. atleast the studio involve is way better than Kyo-ani, in term of how the story flow. unlike most kyo-ani stuff, this is not as boring n also not as waste of time with idle stuff compare to K-on.

Dun really have anything to talk about this anime, but its quiet good la, just that I have no idea for most of the joke. Art is just out of my league already, plus with those Japanese word playing... sweat.gif

It's unfortunate that because it's not KyoAni, it will never be popular or successful no matter how far they push the envelope of moe.

Didn't watch this past episode 1, but will certainly pick this up again when there's space for animes in my list.

Ayako translation is one of the worst I ever known. A lot of good jokes in this series got wasted by their horrible, literalist translation. It feels like they using Babelfish or Google Translate to translate this, seriously.

I think ONLY Ayako subbing it atm. sweat.gif No choice ma.

EDIT : Come to think of it, the art style and the comedy remind me of Today in Class 5-2.
