now seem like investors getting younger n younger.

what make u go into property investment?

i'm a newbie.
read lot of rich dad poor dad book. i think i m one of millions people who made him rich.
but he really activated me to think differently.

1.Apartment own stay 2005 (Parent's downpayment, only pay loans)
2.Condo in Segambut/Mont Kiara 2007 .. completed soon.Own money + gf

3.........hahha...next 3-5 years...

27, 1, 24...took overseas job, realized if i don't buy then, i might have to pay much more when i come back...also, if i do come back, at least I can sell/rent out the house & get another new one with a little extra money...

38, 3, 28.... started out slow & late as didn't know the concept of good debt until recently (last yr)

Typical chinaman thinking is all debt is bad and fast, fast pay off loan

24, 1, 23, dad inspired me

down payment from savings + bonuses

27,4 (3 highrise-personal 1 commercial-share with partners),25,not sure why just love property
