WTA, Securities nominee acc vs direct acc

Dear lyn members,
Im new in investment (shares)...in which i open a cds account with a local bank... Receive a letter from tat bank asking me to convert/ close the securitied nominees trading acc (coz my trading acc is dormant)  Any1 know wat's da impact between the (1) securities nominee acc & (2)securities direct acc... TQVM....  |

Simple Account not found.. IPO disqualify.
