hi

if my house have low water pressure issues, what should i do?
most people suggested installing water pump, but i live in flat (low-rise flat), and top floor
somebody said, if i install water pump, then i'll be pumping water to all units below me

are we entitled to complain about low water pressure to some authority and get better water pressure for free?
or everytime we get low water pressure we need to solve it ourselves?
for condos or other properties where they have maintenance fee, then you can easily complain it to the management company and they'll do something

if i install water tank, still useless if the water going to the water tank is slow

and if anyone wants to promote anything, pls include catalog or something instead of just giving a contact number

any suggestions?
