REMARKS : Brought home to find it faulty. No display even during POST, and the fan was spinning at full speed all the time. Returned to Cycom and they also confirmed the same problem. Did a one to one exchange. From my personal point of view, it feels like the card's BIOS was not present on the card at all. Cycom staffs were also surprised on it.
