REMARKS : Bought it to replace my 7950 which needed a month for rma. temp is at 56ºC on idle with 23% fan speed. increased fan speed to 40% and it becomes very noisy. card also appears to have some white spots on the pcb, and the dvi port at the back appears to have scratches, leading me to believe that they've used this card b4, either display set or used set.
