\o/ hey guys.. sorry been away for abit.. it took that long to fix the x1 so i went and bought a new iphone 3gs.. and unfortunately i see the win platform still FAILZ in the content department...good hardware.. but meh content sucks ass.. godamn SE didn't even update to the latest R3AA so i have to re-flash from XDA all the latest shit..

mate.. i do reviews remember? despite all the drawbacks of the iphone its content and intuitive OS is damn slick. I've tested the latest HTCs and I can say is ...meh. You think by now godamn Microsoft would learn but nooooo that fatass Balmer still sweating like a pig lolol and not supporting CONTENT.

I've seen all iterations from the beginning and I can't understand with all the extended power and customisation we have to resort to ROM mods to make winmo phones like the x1 realise their full potential.

What I wana see is a platform like App Store run by Microsoft (not shitty handago) that is easy to make apps, people flocking to make them for free or small fee but instead we get shafted.

AND ffs Sony Ericsson.. where the F**K are the developments for panels?

p.s. currently running all forms of custom ROMs so far Im still not happy with the speed..gogogo xda you make Microsoft looks like a noob

get your facts right the launching of wm6.5 doesnt cover existing x1 and their brethren and onlycovers new products so whatever your taking, can you pass it to me?

What do you mean by 3rd party roms? they're are CUSTOMISED ROMs from original distributed ROMS. The ORIGINAL X1 WM6.5 ROM is already available for flash albeit in cooked form but that doesn't means SE Msia will get it.

That being said means you can choose the latest ROM already with 6.5 which is a safe and non-cooked ROM HERE (as in it's the original 6.5 with standard x1 crap) or you can try cooked ROMs which includes a variety of crap-ohola.

so far i done all iterations of Itje all the way up to v15 beta

ROTA 2.4 - Very sluggish tbh but has a nice slick design and such. Also prone to crashes so don't quite like it.

Valk - almost similar to ROTA, but more reliable. Still prone to crashing

LEO - Quite a good build, but I still prefer itje v14 and v15

PHOTON - My current ROM.. looking good so far.. stable and less buggy than all others.

Chrisitian - Clean and nice. Boring.

Currently I'm still using energy rom photon and this rom is pretty much stable , landscape is fast not much lag or crashes and energy consumption is pretty good. So if you're looking for daily use rom this one hasnt failed me yet
