cos saw in lyn there wrote Service Centre for SE is at amcorp mall..dont have pyramid pun...

1 tell me at amcorp , 1 tell me at pyramid, 1 is seller say send back to him (2 week) another tell me service centre takes only 2 hours...

Just now went to Sunway Pyramid Sony Ericsson Service Centre..

asked them regarding the warranty claim on the keyboard crack..

the staff told me they dont do such claim... + they only do it when its their fault..

he asked me to go to Amcorp Mall to do the claim as that is the MAIN Service Centre not Sunway Pyramid..

dang, waste my time go there only..

p/s : my crack is not near the stylus..its below the keyboard..near to the charge battery port..silver colour that part..got 1 line

1. she said nv had this type of complaint b4

2. keyboard casing not claimable..

My seller from klang said..if dont have any major problem pls DONT SEND your phone to claim warranty..cos after claim for sure more problems will occur..

unless if the red line i show bulge up then CONFIRM can claim..
Keyboard Casing = RM 148.00

Labour Charges = RM 45.00

Total = RM 193.00

cos he said 100% cant claim wor..unless i really want to give it to them to try claiming...which is 2 weeks 

actually GPS i nv use 1 lor...ahaks, of cos if major problem then change la..

yeap RM 2599..because my fren said, if i were to throw, call him, he want to pick it up..so i tot after i do it then i keep it n sleep, change phone or just give ppl nia..
