Driver Acer Crystal Eye Webcam Has Stopped working, Webcam

can any1 help me to sort out this problem? im using acer aspire 4935 n my webcam encountered with this problem. my webcam is HD 720P whenever i switch it to video recording mode it will stop working and ask me to close the program. can any know hw to solve this problem?

it displays this:

try to go to this link and download your webcam driver
after that remove the old driver and install the latest version driver of your webcam
pick the driver call 'suyin'

i got the same prob..one trick dat i do is dat i disable and enable it a few time..magically, it function properly afterdat...maybe u can try dat..

right click my computer, properties,>>hardware>>device manager
should be under xx imaging device
