hey...you're only 27 years old now and look what you have achieved...i would say it is pretty good leh...

no debt... quite a sizeable asset...

the only thing i would like to ask you to consider is just maybe can buy own property so you don't really waste a lot on rental? You will be surprised...many years down the road, you will look back and wonder why i have paid so much for rental when all this could have been channeled to my own property purchase... don't compare people, just buy what you can afford and be happy with it.

you still have many years ahead of you in working world, earning RM3800 + side income a month at 27 years old is pretty okay already man... somemore you already have so much FD and cash!

p/s:
why need to compare buy property? even if you can buy, don't compare buy big big, just buy what you can afford to pay comfortably and enjoy la...
why need to compare buy super car or luxury car? what's wrong with driving old car which is still working great and drives great? cool2.gif I could have easily purchased a RM200k car but I choose to drive RM20k car and still feels great about it... cool2.gif
