QUOTE(Materazzi @ Apr 11 2013, 08:14 AM) Is your job commission based? and u hv flexible time to work from home? Well I get a basic pay but it increases as I manage to hit certain KPIs. My work does allow me to work from home but usually I would be at the office. It more of the other way round whereby my work "forces" me to work at home

QUOTE(jasontoh @ Apr 11 2013, 09:01 AM) Wow, seriously? Assume each property worth about 500K, you already have 2M from just the properties. And about another 500K from others. That will come to about 30K monthly pay if you start working at 23. I started working at 19 !

QUOTE(adolph @ Apr 11 2013, 02:10 AM) RecruitingTheBest, The value of your car is not based by purchase price at that time, but such as estimate market price, type of manufacturer, cc, estimate depreciation percentage, spec and other to be calculate as assets. If your car is fully paid then it only belong to you, otherwise it still belong to the banks because of the loan and interest that still in settlement. you may convert your current liabilities by having other person pay the debt and cover your liabilities for you as a exchange of deal, you in turn lend it to the person. If you good enough, you can even received an extra cash-flow and income. I'm afraid If you don't know what to do with your cash in hands, soon there will be a tons of people send you a private message and advice you to hand it to them for some sort of investments. Anyway, please don't forget it your right as a consumer to report any possibility of fraud that may illegal to Bank Negara Malaysia if you encounter later. Info, http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?ch=en_complaint_redressThe figure i put in is the estimated value of the car now. You're right I still have a loan on the car, part of it belongs to the bank. I've checked out lots of investment types and have not found anything I'm comfortable with and that is why I'm still holding on to the cash..

QUOTE(jasontoh @ Apr 11 2013, 10:26 AM) No wonder. Looks like working outside Malaysia does have extra perks. I would disagree with your statement. It isn't that working out of Malaysia you're getting extra perks but when you are working out of Malaysia and in a country with no discrimination, you're leveled with everyone else. What differentiates you from other people would then be how hard you work and how much effort you put in it.
