QUOTE(rzkb @ Jun 10 2011, 04:48 PM)
i cincai create my account last time, now already correct....im a healthy straight male

Added on June 10, 2011, 6:04 pmim just doing everything i can to retire by 35 or latest by 40..

retire in a sense that stopping myself from doing something i dont truly enjoy and to end the constant fear that i may be sacked anytime just because my year end evaluation is not good just because it is not written in bombastic exaggerated way, my politic in office is not up to par, i am not 'visible' enough in the company, new boss change every 3 years which means new target to meet and new stuff to adapt..this is energy consuming and will eat up life

so right now, my target is to struggle all out to get at least 4 million buck by or before 40, with or without inheritance, and just dump it in amanah saham, wawasan, didik, or equivalent, gaining around 6% per annum and just njoy, travel and do good deeds until i die.

How do you do to achieve 4 million of you are not strong performer in the company?

Once your net worth reach RM1 million, then to get RM8 million should not be a problem. The 1st million is always the most difficult.

I got inheritance from father about rm 1 million. it's properties in ulu area. the rental yield only 2% per yr. how to increase to 8 million within 15 yrs?

Ok just sharing...

Age: 29
Occupation: Recruitment Consultant
Marital Status: Not married

Assets:
1 car - 2 years old worth 90K
1 house, 2 condos, 1 shop lot (shared ownership with 1 more person)
Investments:
Stocks: 60K
FD: 350K

Savings in Bank: 60K

Liabilities:
1 housing loan, 1 car loan.

Currently finding what I can do with the cash, I don't want to invest in stocks anymore as I feel stocks are already quite high now.. Don't want to go into properties as I'm already holding some. Sigh...
