No. It is illegal to sell beta keys. Just wait for the game to go gold and pay the makers and buy it digitally.

An anonymous website safe? You tell me. E-bay? Again use your judgement. Selling beta keys is not permitted. If people are devious enough to think to sell beta keys...they can also sell you NOTHING.

You are better off waiting for the game. It's your decision.

This is why I think HoN's closed beta NDA(or the non non-existence of it) is too lenient. People get the impression that this new game is out. Everyone is playing it. In actual fact...the game is not done yet. The game is not out.

To people desperate to get beta key. Don't worry. Even if you don't get one you can always wait when the game goes open beta/an eventual demo is released much later. Or better still buy the game when it is released.

Yeah...well you can can keep on blaming currency. It's not going to get any better(well minor fluctuations). The fact of the matter is as long as you 'buy' or pirate cheap games, you aren't helping the developers. So when the developer go bankrupt, maybe they should say its the currency as well

It's very simple...when people make a good product, you buy it to support them. If you feel it is too expensive(not value for your money), then don't buy it. Don't pirate it either cos you'll be supporting the wrong bunch of people. If you really want to play the game, you must pay up...there is no two ways about it.

You want them to be considered an abusive company is it? Dude if I want you to test product, and ask you to pay me to test it for me, will you do it? If S2 charge money for beta keys they will be chastised by everyone. Who wants to support a company like that. Beta testers are already doing them a favour for free you want companies to charge users for testing their product?.

Dude I told you before. Forget HoN will ya? The game will be done when its done and you and everyone else can buy it then when it is finished. There are other similar games that you can get in(the last time I checked) at the moment. So why don't you try that instead?

PS : S2 is a very fair and community centric developer so my statement above is a 'what if' scenario. Not the reality. While I personally can't stand these DoTA clones(and DoTA itself), S2 has done well with Savage 2.

I'd just like to point out that there is a small gaming community in Philipines that buys original games(just like in Malaysia). They do have stores in Manila that sell original games. It's just that your HoN beta attracts tards from all over SEA. So you get the typical too expensive complaints.

No the thread was about USD30 = RM101 right. So my post was a recommendation to TS to buy Modern Warfare 2 instead at RM209.

Please be careful about such threads...and report them please. When someone is selling an account that is way cheaper than the actual retail price...chances are it was illegally obtained.
