any one know how is Nome's Wisdom functioning ? [new item]
heal 25% mana used but i aint see it healing my mana ...

same but i tested many times it just wont heal my mana i dint look at my hp tongue.gif
so what u guys think best hero to get the none wisdom ?
thunderbringer ? soul reaper ?
