Judging from that, that is very-very bad performance.. with average 2 creep denies per game.
XP / Minute is 508, so he is clearly play EM game or solo laner, which is makes him more bad in either way
(2 creep denies when solo is wtf)

w00h..really had a nice game just now we were losing like 2-14 but make a good comeback. our carry is only valkyre, and spectre. both did well and we keep gb them in forest.

in this case i agree with atok. vanguard is really2 important for spectre, (sorry for the dota term, still used to it) since spectre has really low hp, and braces still do good on him, but not as good as vanguard. but this is all depends on opponents heroes.

vanguard cost a lot, but the hp regen is really crucial for farming. he can avoid to clash till level 13, or 14, just ks where he sees fit, and owning really good after get radiance.

or spectre dont have to buy vanguard, just hold the +4 regen ring(for good regen + farm) and farm radiance, then get battlefury after the blue boot.

this is just my opinion. this is how i play spectre on dota and i usually pwn via this item build.
