both statement maybe true; but its a matter of principle -- someone who concede just because he is losing ; most likely will never win a match which he potentially could.. i've seen plenty of people giving up as though the loss was set in stone "sure lose already"...

concede makes people surrender too easily; might as well play tetris if u cant find a solution to a losing battle
if i play in a low psr game =/ i will surely take a hero capable to fighting - 3~5 ; chronos / lego / soulstealer

well i've almost never met that limit then.. if the enemy are 5 to 6 lvl's higher then u.. well ur probally have really bad individual skills...

the worst game i ever played was totally being locked down in 20minutes game.. but that was only because everyone in game was 1900~2200psr before reset.. this would almost never happen in a low teir game

i've never really found pest troublesome whenever im scout....
he can only bug u when u break invis.. which is often too.. late?

4hit = 400mp..
i play scout with runed > steams > brut > heart > "anything slow -cuirass/wingbow/skadi/orb/harkon...

almost can bring a 4k life bear with 30+ armor to red in 4hits...

i've made a 30page complete hon guide covers everything from laning to jukes

the question about illusion above ^

Illusions – what works and doesn’t
· Shieldbreaker - Armor debuff works.
· Hack and Slash - Crippeled (Maim) works.
· Frostwolf skull - Slow works
· Mock of Brilliance - Works but does not stack.
· Savage Mace - Mini stuns works and damage is applied.
· Nullfire Blade - Illusions gets mana burn.
· Wingbow - Illusions get evasion
· Harkons Blade - Works if Harkons is activated when you cast the ultimate (Does not stack).
· Critical strike - Works but with a lower crit number since the base damage is reduced for illusions.
· Bashing – Works on Chronos TimeLock and Pestilence Gore
· Deserted – SandWraith Illusions receive Deserted
· Passives – Almost all passives bring over to illusions (except Dissipation?)
· Aura’s – Illusions receive and also passively emits aura
· BoundEye – Illusion gives vision.
· Buff’s – Receives all buff’s except +armour
· Movement speed – Receives the same amount of movement speed as main hero
· Does not work Charged Hammer - Lightning does not work
· Does not work Brutalizer - Does not bash
· Does not work + Damage from items- Does not work, only damage from attributes count, i e + agility, strength and intelligence, not +65 damage.
· Does not work + IAS from items - Does not work. +70 IAS does not transfer to illusion, only IAS from agility.
· Does not work +Armour from items/spells – Does not work. +10 armour from Platemail or Galvanize will not bring over, only armour from agility.
· Does not work +Stats from Insanitarius (on) – Does not receive any bonus
· Does not work +Life from Ophelia Command Aura [bug the main heroes receives the life bonus while the illusions are alive]

actually i prefer adding max hook+rot first.. to instagib heroes by lvl 7.. matter of preference i guess
but for me devourer is an 'early phase ganker hero' so i prefer to max his DPS before survivability

items --- boots> steamboots , bottle , power supply , barbed armour ,sotm, heart heart heart heart heart?
--- potential items /stormspirit/voids talisman/portal key/puzzlebox

weird.. but i dont get hood on devourer smile.gif

There are two types of modifiers in this game: general and attack. General modifiers are the most common and consist of lifesteal, mana burn, chain lightning, maim, and bash. General modifiers stack with each other but they do not stack with themselves. For example you could have a Symbol of Rage (25% lifesteal) and a Hungry Spirit (10% lifesteal) but you would only gain 25% lifesteal from the Symbol of Rage. You can however stack a Symbol of Rage 25% lifesteal with a Nullfire Blade (26 mana burn) and your attacks would steal life and burn mana at the same time.

Attack modifiers are less common and the only two items of this type are Shield Breaker (reduces the armor of enemies you attack by 6) and Frostwolf's Skull (grants a Frost Attack). These two items don't stack with each other but you can choose which one you want as the active modifier if you own both items. You can have both attack modifiers and general modifiers; for example, lifesteal and a Frostwolf's Skull would stack together.

Lifesteal
Hungry Spirit (10% lifesteal)
Whispering Helm (15% lifesteal)
Elder Parasite (17% lifesteal)
Symbol of Rage (25% lifesteal)
(Exception to this rule is Abyssal Skull's 15% lifesteal aura that does stack with other lifesteals since it is an aura and not a general modifier)

Maims

Hack (15% chance to slow target)
Hack and Slash (15% chance to slow target)

Mana Burn
Nullfire Blade (burns 20/36 mana)
Magebane's mana combustion (burns 13/28/46/60 mana)

Bash

Brutalizer (25% chance bash for 25 damage and 1.1 second stun;2 second cool down)
Chronos' Time Freeze (10/15/20/25% chance to deal 40/50/60/70 Physical damage to target and stun for 1 second. 2 second cool down)
Pestilence's Gore (10/15/20/25% chance to deal 25 magic damage and stun for 1 second. 2 second cool down)

Chain Lightning

Thunder Claw (20% chance to release 150 damage chain lighting)
Charged Hammer (20% chance to release 200 damage chain lighting)


Attack Modifiers
Frostwolf's Skull (grants Frost Attack)
Shield Breaker (reduces target's armor by 6)
Slither's Toxicity
BooBoo's Tangle Claw
