Suppose to pick up last Thursday, they made in the wrong colour and told me to try first and they promised to make a new on and asked me collect on 8 sept (Tues). They asked me to try for the first one coz if any alteration could let them know (abt the sizes etc).
Worried for days, finally could collest my gown on Tues (8 sept 2009). The gown is nice, the colour is nice, my favourite colour.
But Im very unhappy with Erin (boss) service.
When I arrive Tuesday abt 7pm and Jacky (Erin's staff) was off that day (only Jacky serve me b4 this), I decided to cut the bottom part to knee length bcoz the gown was longer than my knee.
Erin asked me to collect on 9 sept (wednesday) morning n i told her i hv to reach tian hou gong at 7.30am tat day. She repeat her suggestion twice n my answer is the same, it's too late for it.
I told her that Jacky told me I could alter it on Tuesday itself and I told Jacky I would arrive 7pm. If could not do it then should tell me come earlier, what's with the problem? But erin said:" Ya meh? Jacky din tel me o." That means Jacky din inform Erin that I could alter on Tues, then no need alter d la? What kind of sux attitude of this China girl and she is the boss of NEOROMANTIC?! My cousin was with me and Erin was busy with other customer who might want to give her RM10k business.
She also said is our fault we did not tell want to alter during the first try. Well, recall that, Jacky said I could alter it on Tues for any alteration. So tak ngam then I could alter la, NEOROMANTIC's staff promised what.
Also, she said her tailor went back home that time and the tailor want to go learn kung fu, not able to help us. Also she told us she want to close shop d. Helo, is she really the boss? If want to close shop then close la, why want to layan other brides to be and a bunch of girls like a dog?
But at the end she called her tailor and I myself drive to section 17 to alter it. When we reach the tailor help us alter and I ask her "you learn kung fu ar?". She said no. But she is going out at 830pm. What the ****?
Erin said she is from China. From the NEOROMANTIC thread, she is manage to speak English. I myself working in media line and reputation for a company is important. She spoilt it herself jsut bcoz a little thing? Yeah right, I din do a big gown and give her big bunch of $$ for my ROM gown, but solve a little problem is so hard and give us a shit attitude, how to make this business long and become boss? Tot of wanna make another gown for next year, my family and relatives would not go for Neoromantic as she is d*** sux.
Jacky is very responsible and helpful, smile when talking with customers. Too bad with such boss.
All brides-to-be, it is just my experience. You might not encounter this problem for those who get good experience from her, or in the future.
The gown is ok you could do research yourself.

So sorry to hear about this but I suggest you may try to look for alternative as backup if they really cant make it ontime.
I have visit neoromantic before but end up the deal was not successfully coz I find their process of MTM grown is not that proper & to me erin's attitude is not very nice.

I find I spend so much on the gown (preliminary stage she quote at abt RM1.8k) I cant even touch & see the material for my gown then i found so unsecure so end up the deal was not success.
Its just personal mayb I too sensitive coz I found she not very nice person to negotiate with ....thats y I said her attitude is not very nice.

Dear all:Recently found out that a customer who was 3 years ago complained that we could not did alternation within same day she tried on the gown. And she came in time is 7:30pm which we almost closed. She request us to alter it at same time. Although it is really impossible, in the end we still did it for her and that day when finished is 9:30pm. Want to clarify,each gown alternation day is around 2-3 days, however if customer need it rush usually we will rush for customers to make each customer happy with our service. But we hope customers can leave enough time to tailor make gown in advance, usually we take one and half month to two months tailor making a gown. So plus alternation or any in case better in 3 months in advance. For those time not enough we would like to rush for customers, but also hope even customers can not appreciate our effort, also pls understand we trying best to finish all works in time. Neoromantic wish each couple have a nice wedding!
