why buy d3000 but giv canon bag?? so weird..

Need sifu suggestion here. When I shot with flash, All object very clear but the room light was changed to white. I wanna shot the photo as attached with remain the light condition(warm) with flash on. What setting should I put?

i just bought a D5000 a week ago. my next purchase will be an external flash and a lens. i was thinking of 50mm 1.8 coz it's the cheapest and i'm looking for a lens with big aperture. the thing is, i just noticed that this lens is not a af-s lens and i will not be able to have auto focus. the af-s 50mm 1.4 is way too expensive...

now, my problem is, i notice that af-s lenses are at lease 2-3 times more expensive then af lenses... meaning that i have to fork out so much money if i wanted to pruchase lens. will it be better to buy a D90 instead? (at least i can save up on lenses) or just go canon? (nikon's 50mm 1.8 = RM380, canon 50mm 1.8 = RM340)

I'll get my Nissin Flash soon 

Btw guys, how much does a zoom lens(200mm) cost for D3000? The one with AutoFocus that is.. Just asking though..

Today I go to the shop to try 50 F1.4D and 50 F1.4G.
The D lens is sharper @1.4 + some CA. G lens don't much as heavy CA.
At 2.8, they're almost same.

After much consideration, I bought a Nissin Di866 instead. ha ha ha.

Will start hunting for 2nd hand AFD 50  F1.4 as I'm not in a hurry to get it.

ya, Nikon 50 AFD use screw drive has it advantage too
especially with D3 high torque motor, the AF speed is superb
