The DSLR thingy like can cantum cantum 1 using the specific part ??hope u get what i mean ,can buy separately as it suits the DSLR
*
LOL... DSLR is not like custom PC if that's what u're asking.. cannot simply choose processor, sensor, screen.. tongue.gif

rm1.5k can get 2nd hard DSLR... or get canon S90 or panasonic LX3. these are not DSLR but are really good compact cameras, can produce very good photos if u know how

thanks. it works  drool.gif

guys, i dont know bout this actually, my sis want to buy wide lens for his d3000, but then the shop recommend her to buy wide lens converter which cost about 600++, and the converter can fit on d3000 kit lens.

i have heard about tele-converter, but heard less about wide-converter.
anyone can explain more bout this?
*
hmm.gif haha

anyway, its pretty common for shops to pressure customers into buying highly marked up converter lenses. im not sure how much those converter lenses should cost, but there must b a reason why professional photographers (as i read in magazines) never/seldom talk about conversion lenses. a wide lens seems to be a better choice

is it D40 is better than D70?
i always heard of the different about the motor...
some said that if want to buy, better take camera with motor...
some said d40 is better for beginner...

hais...make me tired..hehe...how bout d80?
not same category with d40?
*
ppl say d40 is good for beginner bcuz its cheap n small smile.gif if money isnt a problem n u dont mind bring bigger cameras, then there's nothing wrong with getting D300 as ur 1st camera hehehe

d80 is like one level up than d40.

Mine is D40. There is a cropping factor of X1.5. If i buy a 50mm f1.8 lens, I'll get 75mm instead after calculating the cropping factor. My question is, what is the F-stop I'll get?
*
the F-stop is still the same. the 'crop' in cropping factor only means that the edges of the image is not received by the sensor, so the image is 'cropped'. let's say to take a photo using a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera. open in photoshop, enlarge by 150% (1.5x), then crop away the edges so it becomes the same size as the original photo. same thing. it doesn't affect the aperture

well as i said, i appreciate the 'live view' of my LX3... bcuz it's a compact camera that i can hold n shoot with one hand only. if DSLR i dunno good or not tongue.gif never used one with live view before

yea lo paparazzi dun care the shot nice or not... as long as controversial..or got any 'slip' haha

better than me shoot at home only....

at least when u all shoot in public using DSLR ppl will go "oh that person must be practising his photography skills"

ppl see me shoot random people using compact camera i think will go "pervert!"
