don't need to mention the management trainee program, even a normal employee in CIMB works until 9pm everyday. yes, EVERYDAY! imagine the workload of a management trainee if a normal employee already work until that hour. and yes, you need to pay them back regardless of whether you resign or they fire you (from what i was told by the recruiters in career fair). so think carefully before you join this program. if you have confidence in yourself, then by all means, go for it! prospects are there, but can you survive long enough to see yourself at higher level of the corporate ladder?And if they fire you, you don't need to pay back.
