How do i OR Where do i OR who can help if i would want to do a total reset for my BB STORM pls. Will my phone be re-locked if i do this. Overseas Verizon Set. Anyway, the problem is because of the default setting of answering / making calls. It goes to the earphone function (even without earphone) Previously it was ok. I have even brought this to MAXIS technician & they couldnt configure anything. Just suggested that i do a Total Reset & wipe everything clean.

backup you data first then..

1. From the Home screen press Menu.

2. Select Options.

3. Select Security Options.

4. Select General Settings.

5. Press Menu.

6. Select Wipe Handheld.

7. To delete all third-party applications from your device, select the Include third-party applications check box.

8. Select Continue.

9. Type blackberry.

will this make my phone getting re-locked again?

try download desktop manager from internet..and don't use desktop manager that came with phone..like mine one...have it policy inside the cd that came along with my phone..

then i use downloaded version..tada..no more it policy lock...

ur unlocked status will remains.
