Hi do you do service and repair?

I have:
1x aircon 1.5hp not cold, compressor not running - might just need refill gas. Compressor's capacitor was changed 1 year ago I don't think it should die so fast. If beyong repair, then I will get new one.
2x aircon 1.0hp need gas refill also. 1 of them leaks a bit when on.

Please advise repair needs and quotation. Thanks!
