If you want to engage your renovation service with this contractor, you need to be extremely and extra patient with them. In the beginning, they served you good but after that, due to their heavy loaded of businesses which are out of their control, this is when their services started to slack big time which I am experiencing now.
You need to push them hard just like how I keep calling them until certain extents that he ignores my call. They keep delaying and as and when I push them till I become paranoid, they came and do some part of job then delay till another 1 or 2 weeks, I call him again, after many attempts then only he picks up your call and gives excuses, then his team comes again and do another part again. He claims that he is busy but the question is am I not one of his customer?Am I not making payment punctually?
It is going to be 3 months now and my renovation job is not completed yet. Besides that, I am just asking them to renovate my kitchen. Just imagine if the renovation covers the entire house, is it going to take me a whole decade to complete? I cannot move in on time and now many plans have been delayed.. Thanks to you...
