Since he's a new comer and i'm a safe trader, so i ask him to send the GC 1st later i make the payment after satisfy with the goods.. as a referee, i will give 2 of my friend here who also a safe trader & senior member to grant how reliable am i. i don't think it will be a big problem if he really a genuine seller
5. he never reply my PM after that..than i smell IKAN
6. then he closed the thread once someone mention about refuse to COD
