While I went to the service menu (to enable mkv file playback), I stupidly changed the model number I think from B550_FBE to B550. When power up the TV, I only hear the sound with no picture. To set it back to B550_FBE, I need to use the service menu navigation without being able to see it and set it back to B550_FBE. Can some one please post the navigation in the service menu (Info, Menu, Mute and Stand By). Thanks a lot.

Try this...On the TV wait for a few seconds, then...press 'Exit' on the remote control for abt 7 sec. then press 'Enter'.
or press 'Exit' for 7 secs. then press 'right' (on the navi) then 'Enter'

But take note, it will factory default all the previous settings.

Well, you can always refer back to your manual book.

Wow...need to go into service menu to enable MKV playback? Since when Series 5 can do that?
