i'm the ex r & d engineer at sharp doing the developement, yes, the LC-42A77M under our research..i'm glad that if have buy it. but if yo haven't buy it please check for the LED TV with blue ray. don't miss the sharpness of the LED TV of sharp..but if you still want to have the 42A77 it much better because all LED for ALL brands are in testing development..

don't worry, Although made from Malaysia but the technologies still from Japan

if anybody want to buy CTV or LCD TV please kindly wrote to me, now i'm at SIRIM inspect all the kinds of CRT and LCD TV models and brands, all brands from all the world and manufactures will pass to end user after finished the validation under my side.

for plasma tv ??

since u work at SIRIM can i check for my new SAMSUNG 40' LCD TV (LA40B530)..I bought it for RM2550 last week .the price quite cheap for FULL HD tv with this size..im worrried for that. as i know this model is 50hz and no usb compared to the series 6 which are not big problem for me..

my place sell it for rm6k..

ok...for this model, pass all safety requirements, all part made and controll by samsung. i'll give advice only for safety only..on performance we did not check..

base on experiences
1st runner = LCD TV
2nd = Plasma TV

but, LED coming to lead both types of TV and don't wory becoz Plasma still best..

get it at Harvey Norman Warehouse Sales (Shah Alam) .. today @3499 (display unit only 2 days old display unit). Normal unit at 3699.

valid until today 6pm!

how do u know it is displayed for 2 days old only.....
