bought it 2nd hand for Rm 380 from one forumer here.. original price RM 580 if i'm not mistaken ( May 2008)..new from Shashinki RM 698..
fast in clearlight.. hunting a lot in low light.. with bit loud focusing motor sound ( like 70-300 nikon G).. hehe.. who cares anyway.. wanna use it outdoor only...hehe..

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Nonid to curse lack of capacity oredi. Now can simply hantam RAW n 1080p videos. My 5D MkII was like a Rolls Royce with rm30 fuel tank last time. kekeke.

Now also only half tank of fuel lah unker...you need 32gb.

I dowan 32gb card ler. If the card lost or damaged for some reason then pokai lor, 1 shot all gone. I rather have 2x 16gb. Anyway, 16gb gives me about 500 shots in RAW. That's a whole lotta shots there. I bought 1 unit to try 1st coz there r some cards that cause problems in the 5D MkII movie recording. The so called super duper Sandisk is useless when it comes to movie recording on 5D2. Now pass 2 days of testing then can go buy another 1 coz so cheap at only rm144.

so you're seling your VR?

I bought an 8gb version of this card...it make my camera respond much slower..
Open menu, view photos, save photos and sometimes even startup also got delay. After i put in my Sandisk extreme III CF then no problem.

Your card got something similar happen to your 5D?

I have 4gb and 16gb Elite Pro. Both are perfect. The 8gb cards memang got problem 1. The Sandisk Extreme III cannot be used in 5D2. That is the worst CF to use in 5D2. Cant record 1080p movies 1.

Really? Thats weird, I know my friend uses Sandisk Extreme III 8Gb cards to record video and shoot on her 5Dmk2

I'm using Sandisk Extreme III 8Gb CF and it's working great at my 5DMKII

Certain batches of Extreme III. Dunno which batch so better not buy it for 5D2. U google n see the frightening results. Bad stuttering videos n even corruption of still images.

I totally agree about the case of corruption of still images. My friend faced that exact same problem while we were on a shoot. Still managed to recover the images though (thank god for that!)

I was about to buy the Extreme III in Singapore coz I so fed up of living with 4gb. Then I Googled a wee bit b4 plonking down my cash n found out about that. Lucky didnt buy yet.

Nolar..was thinking to get a 16gb wan.
