Small boxes are much environmental friendly. Not to mention the smaller the packaging, the more quantity you can deliver at one go. Savings on logistics. After all, the box is only meant for transportation & storage. You won't be keeping the phone in the box upon use

Well that's ericsson's phone. The first generation of motorola was robust. sink it inside the water, drop it, throw it, it will still run. Well it was a brick phone during it's era until the delicate startac came in.

X2 will be the last windows mobile device which they'll manufacture. They still can't get over with the X1's effect. Unless X2 can make a major recover with enormous success, they'll still drop the ball on microsoft.
As for Aino, the packaging, phone & etc is out. They're just picking on the right date to launch all the phone including satio, simultaneously

It's business... One way of getting you to buy older models & clear his stock. Or sell you at 2k when the retail price was suppose to be sub 2k.

It's cheap because,
# DOA (Dead on Arrival) products must be reported with 3 days and return to us within 3 days. delays on report will be treated as product defect after use # Item come with 1 Year Seller Warranty, covering manufacturing defects only (Physical demage are not covered) # Buyer is liable for charges which parts replaced. # All sales are final, no refund will be provided
& you have to bear all shipping charges to claim warranty. Not to mention delivery lead time factor plays a major role.

QUOTE(darkskies @ Oct 16 2009, 08:04 PM) Originally was reviewed that u can onry use it for multimedia functions and the rest is not touchscreen capable. But somehow from taiwan review, it can fully function with touchscreen for surfing net when install some application. But to be precise , i have no idea y SE wants to make something like that. A non smartphone with semi touchscreen . It seems to defeat the purpose of having a phone that requires button just to function the touchscreen. The phone's design have truly improve. But the features still remains clueless to consumers. It's like Solar powered torchlight which requires the help of another torchlight/ Sunlight to power it but yet render useless in a place without light. To be exact, I understand why they emphasize the multimedia feature to be touch sensitive. Basically they can't cram too much button on the side of the phone. Plus it's much more intuitive to browse without the use of physical keys
