It is definitely an official launch of ALL three models. Satio, Aino, and Yari.

This is just my dumb rotten luck. Of all days and I am working (on the 22nd), how am I suppose to queue in the morning till 6:30PM JUST to get a RM1000 discount? I know some people will (and yes it is also tempting for me). But you SE maniacs check this mail out in the attachment below.

Look-lah, it'll be cold, windy, not to mention dangerous in camping out at the venue. You could be assaulted by drunks, foreigners, beggars, etc
Such a similar situation happened for the X1 launch and to an extent, the launch of the PS3 at One Utama (whereby I think it is a much more safer venue! XD). I'd rather wait for my employee bonus next year and purchase the phone once it is down to a certain price level acceptable to me. So good luck to those choosing to camp out there. |

As I thought the Satio is priced at RM2,500 which is fair enough but still quite pricey. Oh well, just wait till it drops to RM1,800 I will give it a year.

QUOTE(sonic_cd @ Oct 24 2009, 05:16 PM) Totally can confirm the SE shop is selling it at RM2099. Cause I work in Pavilion, there is also an SE shop there. Just asked the sales person there today about the Aino price "Isn't it RM1999?" and he corrected me, "Its RM2099". For the Satio though, they have not received stocks yet despite the dummy display unit sitting there. But price would be close to RM2,400. I'd say RM2,499. Now I'd wait for the price to go down more to one where I can afford it without burning a large hole in my wallet. I am aiming for the Satio by the way. I've held the dummy unit and it is HUGE in my hands. |
