plz give me suggestion.i had 32 samsung lcd,but it fell from the rack about one feet.and now i cannot use it anymore coz the repairman said that the glass inside it was broken.and he said that it is to expensive to repair.IS IT TRUE?do anyone know how much it cost?should i send tothe agent?plz help

call samsung warranty lol - say factory defect. suggest that the delivery guy dropped it n now you see the affect lol lol

me think if the glass panel broke than bye bye liau. repair oso not worth it - cuz the stuffs inside broken liao.

see got 4 digit number at the back and buy nombor ekor. buy RM10 enuf. if hit, buy bigger LCD

First check the warranty...like me I got mine from AIG...and even flood or lightning strike also I can claim

Call the place you got it from and ask abt what kinda warranty was given to you.

Buy Household Insurance lo,( not theft or Fire)

Think foir <RM100 you could insure about 10k, ( juts put yr Hifi Equip, LCD, Spk, Fridge, washing Mc etc)

so after few months only say your LCD dropped lo

all risk household insurance is very important....u dont know when lightning will strike.....or LCD TV will drop

lightning strike, i think its under Fire and Building contents...

so houses still under instalments ( think this is already included) bro risasian, please check out, from your house insurer, you might be in for a big surprise can claim

but still have to check with general insurance agent, on what is being covered..

I've got mine from AIG...
claimed the ASTRO decoder b4 due to lightning strike
RM250 in d pocket.....and use back my old decoder but the LNB have to change lar...

me too last time really thought of claiming a dell notebook (being over charging) see see office punya hak,... so discard the idea

dont have any insurance,coz still live in kuaters.ibought from courts by cash lastyear,around oktober,warranty cards-hilang la,so camne nak kelentong diaorang

so your LCD is 2 years atau 1 yr warranty,
kalau 2 tahun, kena tenguk pihak insurance mana tangguh,
lepas itu panggil pihak insurance sembang apa yang ada warranty,

kalau LCD Xada mark pecah, tengok ..bolih claim X

For sure, no warranty can be given for your case..It is true that in order to replace the lcd panel, better for u to buy a new one..

i bought lcd from senq with insurance for 1yr, i thought it covers ligtning and theft only? drop or accident also cover ar? anyone?

I think you better read the fine prints before signing anything...but its no harm to call them up to confirm...they do keep records of purchases.
