Hi all,
I planning to buy a Royal Domain Condo at Jln Kuching for own stay or maybe for rental income purposes..
Did some study on iproperty.com.my and found out price ranged about Rm250k - 340k..
I was looking for unit of 1295sf or 1400sf..
I want to ask:
How is the building condition and environment of that condo?
Is the building well-managed?
How much is the management fees per sf?
Is there any future development in that area?
Most importantly, is the condo worth buying?
Any comment/suggestion regarding that condo would be appreciate...Thanks in advance..
The building itself is maintained well and the management is doing well. I planning to buy a Royal Domain Condo at Jln Kuching for own stay or maybe for rental income purposes..

Not sure about the management fees per sf but i guess it is around RM0.30
Location wise, it has great location. 15mins to KL city center (10-15km to bukit bintang/klcc), mid valley, one utama on weekends (which mean not working hours). On working hours, the traffic jam is a headache to those who work in KL coz it will take up to 1 hr if u drive to work.. heading to pj area using toll is not a problems during weekdays
own stay will be more appropriate as if u are buying for rental income purposes, i suggest you to get condo/apartment for the same budget in other areas ie, Taman Desa Danau which will fetch higher rental income
