Meanwhile, Panasonic also unveiled the latest edition to its G series cameras – the GF1 interchangeable system camera and two new lenses during the event.

“Combining the features commonly found in a DSLR camera with the stylish build of a compact camera, the GF1 caters to the young and trendy camera enthusiasts as well as more advanced DSLR users,” said Endoh.

The GF1 is available in the market at RM3,299.

Updated last two day ....
Nothing bad happen so far ... even using 3rd party batt for 2 day non stop shooting to dry out the batt, still working great condition ...

Curiously waiting Pana to explain on the take down.

Guys, any comment on DMC-LS85 ?

I see it's having promotion, going for RM299. I'll be going for an overseas trip and want to take some photos. I'm thinking of buying this as my first camera. Appreciate your comments on DMC-LS85. Thank you.

dmc-ls85 uses AA batteries and the only lumix that do not use leica lens. consider also the fs or tz series.
