Added on September 5, 2009, 4:19 pmi dah send ke kdai repair..charge 120.00 mike problem...hhehehehe wait n see the result after this.also sending 5800 nokia..lcd crack..repair charge 320.00 huhuhu very expensive..any opinion??
first check wether you can use your Media Plus-My Radio without inserting stereo headset jack...if the radio can tune,instead normally it'll ask to insert stereo headset jack to act as antenna...meaning that contact issue near the stereo headset jack slot....what's the problem??hardware??software??how to solve people??O2 service is not available anymore...huhuhuhu i love this O2.tq

you can use sharp pin to push into stereo headset jack,push a bit toward downward side,to clear the contact issue...
then check again with your Mediaplus-My Radio...
I'm also faced same problem before,but now okay already.
Hopefully it is only contact issue,so that u can save Rm120 on mic replacement...handphone is really hard to justify the service charge.
