I am doing my study in IT outsourcing industry. It is basically a study on understanding how employee (in IT outsourcing industry) feels about their job and their commitment using a contemporary theory. The scope of my interview is solely at personal level.

The approach of this study must be done through INTEVIEW. Do let me know if you or any of your contacts have free slot for an interview. You can suggest the time and venue for the interview. The interview normally take about an hour, not more than 2 hours.

Normally, as follow-up, interview transcription will be sent to you for review.

I assured that the data collected will be solely used for academic research purposes only. Every effort will be made to maintain your confidentiality and anonymity.

Added on September 7, 2009, 12:59 amYes. For those who met the research participation criteria shall be given some tokens (note: this research is not funded by any entity, it is an academy research).

The interview is in fact relax in nature, simply converse over working life, and community living. To participants, it is a sharing of experience of ones' working life.
