[WTA] HTPC/Gaming rig combo on mini-ITX, Future proof for 2-3 years

I want to build a PC with the following features:
- mini-ITX platform - Intel processor - on-board GPU (can do h.264 decoding) - DDR2/3 RAM - plays 1080p mkv - plays DirectX 10 games at high res - I/O ports (Firewire, eSata, SPDIF, GbLan, USB) - HDMI (w audio), DVI, VGA - HDD and DVD burner - Windows 7 Any suggestions? Yeah. If you just want to use it as HTPC, probably you need around 800-1500. But if you want to be able to play new games at high resolution, probably you need to top up another 1000.

you better buy a gaming rig as it can play games at high res and able to stream 1080p with ease depend on your setup.
