I've been looking for classes like that as well and I came across Sugarcraft Academy. They are offering part time baking courses. Check out www.sugarcraft.edu.my. I am planning to take up their part time course in Jan. They are having an open day as well on 21st and 22nd Nov. Might drop by before enrolling

Sugarcraft is Expensive, very expensive. They charge RM13,000 for a six month's course and payable in only one month, meaning 2 payments. They give you theory for 3 months and then dump you in one of their affiliated hotels or outlets for another 3 months for practical training.

I went to their academy that day, their staff gave me the wrong date for open day...aiks! It was suppose to be the week before. But decided not to join as the work place is small and packed, and they are charging high price for their fees? Hmm... The place was not as expected though.
