hi all,
i am interested to attend cooking/baking class but all i get from the internet is with certification. That is not i want actually, i love to cook and would like to attend the class to improve my cooking skill while passing my time during weekends.
Does anybody know if there is such classes exist around sri petaling area or other places (not so much in KL City)?
Appreciate if you could provide some information.
Thanks
There is one baking ingreddients shop here in Bandar Mahkota Cheras that organises classes for various cakes, buns breads etc. It's not expensive either sometimes only RM60 for certain cakes. I will check their contact nos. and post it later when I go out there.i am interested to attend cooking/baking class but all i get from the internet is with certification. I've been looking for classes like that as well and I came across Sugarcraft Academy. They are offering part time baking courses. Check out www.sugarcraft.edu.my. I am planning to take up their part time course in Jan. They are having an open day as well on 21st and 22nd Nov. Might drop by before enrolling
Sugarcraft is Expensive, very expensive. They charge RM13,000 for a six month's course and payable in only one month, meaning 2 payments. They give you theory for 3 months and then dump you in one of their affiliated hotels or outlets for another 3 months for practical training. This post has been edited by etigge: Nov 19 2009, 02:00 PM
