pos laju more secure compare to pos express, coz pos express dont need receiver to sign on parcel, so postman will just drop at the address.. whether u get it or not..

pos express 1-3days time arrive u r lucky enough. the just drop the parcel into the mailbox no need to ask receiver to sign and cheaper
pos laju sure arrive the next day (for me la bcoz all this long sure arrive the next day) higher price and will send to your doorstep ring for someone to collect if not they will bring bck to pos office and drop u a card for u to go to the office to collect |

Pos Laju - Fast and reliable. They requested consignee's signature to make sure sender parcel/document succesfully arrived to recipient's hand.
If the recipient is not around during arrival they will left a sorry note to inform recipient either to arrange a second delivery or self pick-up the parcel on next day at thier selected Poslaju branch. Have been using this service many times and never failed me. 9/10 times delivery take 1 business day to arrive to the destination within peninsula Malaysia. My own experience, parcel tracking via online system not stable and sometimes sax to the max due to their slowpoke staff too lazy to update the latest details. But if you call to thier customers service at 1300 300 300 to track your parcel status by using thier own tracking system, they will had all your parcel status recorded accordingly and will let you know your current parcel location and arrival date. Postage rate (year 2008 old wan ![]() Pos Ekspress - used once sked oledi... not needed consignee signature and bacuz my office located at second floor the lazy buntut postman simply left my parcel on top my office letter box on ground floor which is just located next to 7-11... fortunately no one took it even if someone taken my parcel without my notice i think theres also nothing i can do liao... To me, Pos Laju = very good courier service for domestic delivery Pos Ekspress = sked liao... not secure to sender and recepient.... if u need moar feedbacks bout both courier service u can go lepak at trade zone resource center to seek for further infos |
