Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, and I hope i'm posting this thread in the right place... if not please do remind me.

Currently I am planning to start up an online boutique, and i have been looking thru a lot of information regarding this "business", and i got really nervous when i reaches the part "delivery of goods"...

There are a lot of threads here in this forum saying a lot of terrible things about a few courier service providers in Malaysia, and it is really freaking me out! cry.gif

So i need some help here, as i can't make up my mind which service i should go for. I would really love to hear the opinions from you guys, as a buyer or as a seller.

My aim is to find a courier service provider that meets the following criteria:

1. Reliable & secure - slight delay (1 - 2 days) is acceptable, but really afraid of scratched, lost or stolen goods cases

2. Reasonable pricing - if reliable, I can accept a higher rate... but maybe not so high

If you have other recommendations, i'd would love to hear them too! smile.gif

Thank u very much in advance.

Thx & Regards,
Bryan

In terms of pricing, Poslaju is your choice.

I've got bad experience with Skynet, and GDex.

I've also used PosLaju once ... The item arrived on the next day but the tracking system sucks so bad that I can only track it few hours before it arrived.

Cheap items just use PosLaju ... expensive item I'd suggest you use well reputable courier service ...

If you're selling cheap things, your profits margin are low, of course you'd need to choose the cheapest option which is PosLaju.

You could always insured your expensive item, not sure about the charges but it's not that expensive also.
