anyone here use capdase softjacket 2 for X6? or got similar case to recommend? mine RM5 case very hard to press on the volume rocker button and also the camera shutter

anyone experience the issue of low battery but no warning tone till the battery flat? i had experience few times but cannot seem to find which is the setting to enable it.
