QUOTE(Aztec @ Sep 8 2009, 12:07 AM) the thing i dont understand with HIIT is how to constantly change the speed of the treadmill every 15-20secs..wont u look stupid going "tit, tit, tit" every so often and its a hassle anyways..any ideas or am i just noob at using a treadmill.. there's plenty of program built in the threadmill one...maybe you use that. QUOTE(bagata @ Sep 8 2009, 12:11 AM) looks promising since all the combo is compound workout yeap... lets see how. HIIT should go w/o threadmill... try it out, u will get different feeling thanks for the recommended site, very useful but dunno if i can cope with it or not.. |

QUOTE(RoxyMunky @ Sep 8 2009, 12:09 AM) what a complexes workout they have... tried this HIIT complexes just now back a gymtmrw lets try this out, see how far can i go: Here's one of the most effective Cosgrovian complexes: Deadlift Romanian Deadlift Bentover Row Power Clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Good Morning use a normal barbell + 7.5lbs each as a starter. what i can say is that it really burns as i sweat darn alot throughout the exercise. i think can add in more weight in the workout. it really test your stamina more than strength. decided to apply this workout twice a week. hopefully can see the fat burning result asap~~ |
