Aapprox 60 for the bag (if you insist on a army duffel bag), 30+ for sand and the small plastic bags and tapes. (GI Jane is selling duffel bags for RM55).

What is "tools that stick to the wall"?
*
So cheap? I mean the huge sandbag for kick boxing use one which the weight can up to 100kg. The tools that stick to the wall mean the material that holding the sandbag. My friend told me can cost up to RM500, why your price so cheap? Where get it?

can i knw where i can get the sponge that use to put at under the bar when we do squat to avoid the muscle/bone under our neck to become painful?

i have seen some using it. the bone under my neck is quite painful (cz i am not the meaty type, i have very skinny shoulder and neck bone).

DON'T USE SPONGE NOR TOWERL.

lean the correct way of placing the bar, you will used to the pain. once get it right. it will rest comfortable

There isn't pain for a start. As long as your bar is placed appropriately , you are good to go.

The first few times it can be uncomfortable. It becomes normal after a while. Nobody who squats seriously use any sort of foam/sponge. Make sure your hands are as close as possible when you grip the bar. That way your muscles bunch up and provide cushioning.
